platform to the Users to buy the products listed on Travellerkitchencart.
“Vendor” / “seller” /”affiliates” shall mean the person or any legal entity who offers for
sale, sells the products on the Travellerkityychencart platform / website.
“Product/Products” means and includes any
goods/merchandise/products/services/offers/display items that are uploaded
/showcased/displayed on BuyIndianKitchen by its Vendor and the related description,
information, procedure, processes, warranties, delivery schedule, etc.
Shipping
In case of Invalid or wrong address enter by customer, In case of wrong or invalid address
the item will be returned back to the seller. The order will be cancelled and refunded,
customer has to place an new order. However the to and fro shipping cost will be detected
before refunding based on the product weight. Any shipping damage help in transit will be
bared by the customer. Hence please ensure to input the correct shipping address while
placing the order.
Pricing

price that will be applicable to a user for purchase and payment will be as per the price
that is displayed in the shopping cart of the customer which can be inclusive or exclusive

Order Acceptance/Confirmation
